My ETA Online is a private application-assistance service. We are not a government agency and we do not issue travel authorisations ourselves. Here is exactly what we do, step by step.
Check eligibility
Tell us your destination and passport country. We give you a quick, honest read on whether you are likely to qualify — this is a guide only, not a guarantee.
We review your details
Our team checks your information against the official requirements before anything is submitted, so avoidable mistakes are caught early.
Submission to the government
Your application is lodged with the relevant government system. From this point, the government — not us — makes the decision.
You get the outcome
We keep you updated and forward the official outcome as soon as the government issues it. Approval, timing and conditions are entirely the government’s decision.
What we don’t do
- We don’t work for, represent, or speak on behalf of any government.
- We can’t guarantee approval — no agent legitimately can.
- We don’t charge a government fee ourselves; that fee is paid to the official authority.
