Refund policy

This policy covers refunds of our service fee only. The government fee is paid to, and set by, the relevant issuing authority and is governed by that authority’s own refund rules — we do not control it and, in most cases, cannot refund it on your behalf.

1. Before submission

If you cancel before your application has been submitted to the government, we will refund our service fee in full.

2. After submission

Once your application has been submitted to the government, our service fee has been earned for the work already carried out and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.

3. Government refusal

A refusal or rejection by the government is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of our service fee, since our service is the preparation and submission of your application — not a guarantee of approval.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@myeta.online with your application reference (if any) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
