These terms govern your use of My ETA Online, operated by My ETA Online Ltd. By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. What we are

My ETA Online is a private travel-authorisation application-assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government. See our disclaimer for full detail.

2. Our service

We check your eligibility information, review your details, and — where you engage us to do so — submit your application to the relevant government system. The government, not us, decides the outcome, timing and any conditions of your application.

3. Fees

Our pricing (see Pricing) is split into a government fee, paid to the official issuing authority, and our own service fee for the assistance we provide. You may apply directly with the government yourself instead of using this service.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Errors in the information you supply may cause delays or refusal by the government, for which we are not liable.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for decisions, delays or outcomes determined by any government authority.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
