1. Not a government service

My ETA Online is operated by My ETA Online Ltd, a private company. We are not a government department or agency of Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, the United States, or any other country, and we have no authority to approve, guarantee, or influence any travel authorisation decision.

2. Apply directly if you prefer

Every destination we cover has its own official government application channel. You are always free to apply directly with the relevant government yourself, and doing so avoids our service fee entirely. 3. Our role

Where you engage us, our role is to check your details, help you avoid common mistakes, and submit your application to the government on your behalf. Applications are prepared under the supervision of a registered migration agent, MARN 0902045 — see About for full credentials.

4. No guaranteed outcome

No legitimate agent can guarantee approval. Eligibility checks on this site are a guide only; the final decision always rests with the relevant government.
